A Cheap Meal Does Wonders

It’s been awhile since I’ve done a food post hasn’t it?

Time to get crackin’.

Anyways, after a long night t work, decided to stop by the supermarket near my apartment for some rotisserie chicken. Been craving it for a few hours and was looking forward to just grabbing a half-chicken for lunch. When i got there, they were only selling whole chickens and were kinda more than what i had on hand. So decided to go a little browsing.

A little something in the meat department caught my eye, and suddenly I found myself staring at a package of two thinly cut steaks for around 5.46USD. The meat department clerk barely stocked the shelf with said meats when i snatched it off the shelf and took em home.

Bah, got too lazy, here be the process:

1) Salt and Pepper your Steak

2) Heat Pan on medium heat for 5 minutes

3) Cook Steak

4) Remove Steak from pan

5)Slice into strips

6) Serve

Served with: Freshly cooked rice, gravy. Because I was too damn lazy to open the curry sauce and make some sauce.

Salt and Pepper, always.

Pan Frying

Freshly cooked rice.

Sliced, to allow me to savor a nice 6USD meal.

Yeah, i suck at presentation.

Enjoy with entertainment and choice of beverage.
Also because I had no beer.
